AHAP Data of the KIT Hands
The Anthropomorphic Hand Assessment Protocol (AHAP) quantifies the grasp quality of humanoid robot hands. It focuses on grasp functionality and human-like grasping. Several KIT Hands have been assessed with the AHAP. These are the first version of the hand of the humanoid robot ARMAR-6 with different pad configurations on fingers and palm as well as two iterations of the male version of the KIT Prosthetic Hand. The results of the AHAP on the KIT Hands are publicly available.
