Sebastian Rietsch

Sebastian Rietsch studied Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning and received his M. Sc. degree from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität (FAU) Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2019. Until 2024, he worked as a research assistant at Fraunhofer IIS on Reinforcement Learning methods for Autonomous Driving and Quantum Computing. He is currently a research associate and PhD student at the Institute of Anthropomatics and Robotics (IAR) in the High Performance Humanoid Technologies Lab (H²T).

His research interests include Data-Driven Learning of object manipulations from demonstrations and Reinforcement Learning techniques.
